Executive Director, Consumer Analytics and Personalization
Louis Goldberg, executive Director of consumer Analytics at Cox is responsible for leading consumer data analysis, predictive modeling, and advanced statistical analytics to inform and optimize marketing and customer journey decisions. In addition, he is business owner of the personalized recommendation capability at CCI, and co-lead for customer 360 data.
Before joining Cox, Louis worked in the Atlanta office of the Boston Consulting Group in the marketing and sales practice. He holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Virginia, and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
