Forum to Knowledge Base

I’m just asking out of curiosity in case I’ve missed your any of the KB section in resources center page (Resources | Starburst). Please correct me if I’m wrong and you already have something in place.

I see a lot of useful discussions happening in the Starburst forum, and many of them feel like they could serve as a great long-term reference.
Is there any way (or plan) to convert forum questions and answers into a structured knowledge base or documentation that users can easily search later? This would really help capture common issues, known problems, and best practices in one place, rather than having them scattered across threads.

Definitely learning new things by reading the forum questions and answers. The detailed responses with examples are really helpful for me.
PS: Kudos to all the contributors in the forum!

Thanks,
Thara

You are correct, Starburst does not have a public KB, but support customers will find our KP once they log into the Support Portal, Starburst | Starburst Support, as seen in the following screenshot.

We periodically review content and activity on this forum site for possible inclusion in the Support KB. We also do that for content in other places including:

  1. Starburst blog > Starburst Blog: Unlock the Power of Trino | Starburst
  2. Trino Slack > Trino | Slack
  3. Starburst courses > https://academy.starburst.io/
  4. Starburst tutorials > Starburst Dev Center
  5. Starburst videos > https://www.youtube.com/@StarburstData
  6. Relevant subreddits; such as https://www.reddit.com/r/dataengineering/
