Unable to Access Starburst Academy – Login & Password Reset Issue

Hello Starburst Academy Support Team,

I’m facing an issue accessing Starburst Academy and would appreciate your help.

I was able to log in and use the portal last week using my existing credentials. However, since today, the same credentials are no longer working, and the portal shows an “incorrect username or password” error.

I have tried resetting my password multiple times using the Forgot Password option, but I’m not receiving any password reset email. I’ve checked my inbox, spam, and other folders carefully and retried the process several times, but there has been no email so far.

Given that this was working recently, I suspect there may be an issue with the portal or my account. I have planned learning activities on Starburst Academy, and this issue is impacting my learning schedule.

Could you please help check my account and advise on how this can be resolved at the earliest?
