Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of individual reservations made up to 72 hours before arrival will be accepted, and the deposit returned. No show reservations or cancellations not made within 72 hours will forfeit the deposit.
Hotel Check-in
Upon checking in, you will be required to provide a valid picture ID and major credit card.

Three major airports are within close proximity to The Westin NY at Times Square:
- LaGuardia Airport (LGA) – approximately 9.4 miles / 30-45 minutes
- John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) – 15.5 miles / 45-60 minutes
- Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) – 15.6 miles / 40-50 minutes
Uber or Lyft / Rideshare
Traveling to the Westin NY Times square from the airport via Uber or Lyft will cost an average of $30-$100, depending on the time of day and level of car you select.
Parking
The Westin NY at Times Square offers various parking options for your convenience. Valet parking is available at $95 + Tax per day, while oversized valet is available at $105 + Tax per day. Self-parking prices are inclusive of tax and are available at $68 per day, and oversized self-parking is $83 per day.
All parking options are for a 24-hour period, and there are no in-and-out privileges. A 1-hour grace period is provided on the day of departure. If you choose valet parking, you will pay at the hotel, and for self-parking, you will pay at the garage. Valet service requires a 30-minute call time, and is available 24 hours, except from midnight to 6 am. Self-parking operates 24/7, 365 days a year. The garage supports a maximum vehicle height of 6.9 feet.
