Cooking with Privacera and Starburst

Please join Privacera and Starburst for a virtual cooking class led by Ross Distefano. We will begin with a 15-minute customer story from Aaron Colcord at Northwestern Mutual and continue on to cook Zucchini Caccio Pepe Bucatini Pasta with your family!

Everyone who attends will receive their very own branded apron and we will be giving away 3 charcuterie boards during the event to select winners. We hope to see you there!

What we will send:

• Co-branded cooking apron
• 1 pack of bucatini pasta
• 3 cups of grated Reggiano parmigiano cheese 
• 6 garlic cloves
• 4 zucchini (green and yellow)

What you will need:

• Deep pot to boil pasta water
• 1 large frying pan (deeper is better)
• 1 medium frying pan
• Teaspoon of black pepper
• Tablespoon of salt
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• Canola oil for frying
• Olive Oil
• 6 slices of bacon or pancetta (optional)
• 1 red hot chili pepper or dried chilis (optional)
• Whisk
• Ladle
• Large slotted spoon
• Cheese grater
• Paper towels
• Large platter
• Mandolin
• Large mixing bowl
